{"id":11314,"date":"2024-07-25T20:45:50","date_gmt":"2024-07-25T20:45:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cnj.cl\/colegio\/?p=11314"},"modified":"2024-07-25T20:46:33","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T20:46:33","slug":"11314","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cnj.cl\/colegio\/2024\/07\/25\/11314\/","title":{"rendered":"Acto Talleres de Libre Elecci\u00f3n (TLE)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El mi\u00e9rcoles 24 de julio se realiz\u00f3 el acto de la muestra de los Talleres de Libre Elecci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Los Talleres de Libre Elecci\u00f3n,<\/strong> son guiados por un profesor(a), donde el estudiante puede participar de acuerdo a sus intereses, preferencias y necesidades complementando y enriqueciendo su formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y val\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el primer semestre 2024, se realizaron distintos talleres divididos en dos \u00e1reas<strong>: M\u00fasica y Danza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La m\u00fasica y la danza son dos disciplinas distintas, impartidas por profesionales especializados, que tienen objetivos y contenidos diferenciados. Sin embargo, ambas tienen numerosos aspectos en com\u00fan, de los que pueden beneficiarse mutuamente. Estas actividades nos aportan un sinf\u00edn de beneficios, algunos de ellos y los principales son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reforzar nuestra memoria visual, gestual y auditiva, que de este modo nos ayuda y potencia nuestra memoria.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Favorecer la concentraci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Potenciar la creatividad e imaginaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Estimular las habilidades motoras y del ritmo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Favorecer la coordinaci\u00f3n, elasticidad y equilibrio.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Todos estos beneficios nos sirven para incrementar nuestra felicidad, fomentar y mejorar nuestras relaciones sociales, fortalecer la autoestima y disminuir el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad.<\/p>\n<p>El programa se efectu\u00f3 de con la presentaci\u00f3n de los grupos de m\u00fasica y danza con la animaci\u00f3n del profesor Bernardo Arriagada Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p>La oraci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo de la profesora de religi\u00f3n e integrante del Equipo Pastoral Srta. Carmen Gloria Jara Novoa.<\/p>\n<p>El Himno Nacional fue dirigido por el profesor de m\u00fasica, Sr. Fabi\u00e1n Molina Salinas.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, se dirige a los estudiantes el Sr. \u00d3scar B\u00f3rquez L\u00f3pez, director del colegio, con un mensaje motivando la participaci\u00f3n en los talleres impartidos en el establecimiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRESENTACIONES 2\u00ba realiz\u00f3 el acto de la muestra de los Talleres de Libre Elecci\u00f3n. Los Talleres de Libre Elecci\u00f3n, son guiados por un profesor(a), donde el estudiante puede participar de acuerdo a sus intereses, preferencias y necesidades complementando y enriqueciendo su formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y val\u00f3rica. Durante el primer semestre 2024, se realizaron distintos talleres divididos en dos \u00e1reas: M\u00fasica y Danza. La m\u00fasica y la danza son dos disciplinas distintas, impartidas por profesionales especializados, que tienen objetivos y contenidos diferenciados. Sin embargo, ambas tienen numerosos aspectos en com\u00fan, de los que pueden beneficiarse mutuamente. Estas actividades nos aportan un sinf\u00edn de beneficios, algunos de ellos y los principales son: Reforzar nuestra memoria visual, gestual y auditiva, que de este modo nos ayuda y potencia nuestra memoria. Favorecer la concentraci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n. Potenciar la creatividad e imaginaci\u00f3n. Estimular las habilidades motoras y del ritmo. Favorecer la coordinaci\u00f3n, elasticidad y equilibrio. Todos estos beneficios nos sirven para incrementar nuestra felicidad, fomentar y mejorar nuestras relaciones sociales, fortalecer la autoestima y disminuir el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad.
